I have no cheat days.
Cheating implies I'm doing something (dieting) that I don't really want to do.
Like not drinking, not eating too much or food that's not good for me.
Food is health, food is medicine. So, not eating the right thing for my health IS something I want to do.
If that's true, and it is, then I have no interest in deviating from what brings me health and Life itself.
We are masters of our fate. Our life, our happiness. or better yet our sense of contentment.

and, eating things that are not good for us is merely a habit.
Breaking habits takes a while but works.

and we can't say we have no habits.
Don't we get up every morning and do our morning rituals?
Don't we get to work the usual way?
Don't we shop the same way? Often when we are hungry, so we buy things that aren't good for us??
:)
We can change our habits.
We are blessed, since we have those choices.
Not everyone on this planet does.
