6/1/2018 I've been total vegan since 5/16/2018, 16 days, but pain in hand/thumb muscles much reduced. We will see if it completely goes away. Only Time Will Tell. :)

>NowIunderstand, thanks, and yes, worth it for sure. Dr. John McDougall says dairy protein gets into our blood, and our immune system creates antibodies to get rid of them, but then animal protein is similar to our own body so our own immune system attacks our own tissue. It's an allergy. Not sure the pain in my hands is from that, but I will see.
