Took the time to really do some thinking yesterday and wrote some new goals for myself. Long term and short term. I really want to focus on getting healthier. I was doing my "homework" while my son was with his homebound teacher. Poor kid is trying to get caught up from where he got behind being out of school for a couple of months being sick. He's a lot better so I'm a lot better. Plan on making a list of things I want to change in my eating habits and exercise routine. I'm writing everything I eat, drink, and what exercises I do and for how long. Helps keep me accountable. Hope everyone has a great day!!😄

I am going to do that myself in the next few days! And congrats on kicking the cigarettes!! That is a huge accomplishment in and of itself. Stay strong and carry on.😀
