On vacation and feel like i am doing well. No way to weigh in. We are doing lots of walking and i have been tryingto ride the bike inthe workout room. We also brought almost all of our own food so i have been eating pretty healthy.

That is great! we are doing an 8 day road tip in late August and I am trying to plan how I will eat well. Any ideas you have will be appreciated.

We planned our menu ahead of time and took almost all of our own food with us. We ate out 1 meal, the rest we made. Bringing my own stuff really helped with knowing what the calories and fat were. I also had fun and ate some deserts and enjoyed myself. I also stuck to my guns, when asked if I wanted seconds or more I said no. That was a huge step for me.
