Finally getting some muscle back! Still have a long way to go with my triceps and under armpit flab. Hoping that will disappear as I lose the next 14 pounds and continue with consistent workouts. Don't know if I'll ever get my belly firm (not likely).

wow, that's what I need to do looks great! I wonder how long it would take me oh I'm sure I'd never get there @ almost 70 that fat doesn't firm up that much, but if I hadn't gotten so overweight this late in life I coul have done it too! Anyway your arms look great! I can still make mine look better if I worked at it just not that good!

Don't ever think you're too old to build muscle. The key is to increase the weight and decrease the reps. If you can do more reps without any effort, then you aren't using enough weight. And certain muscles/exercises can handle more weight. I use 10, 15 and 20 pounds for different exercises. If I were using a machine at the gym, I could handle even more.
