Some days you feel like this....but don't despair! Just stay the course perhaps look at what you may or may not have missed for the day (something you may have ate or done differently) and add a quick change to entice your system to get back on track. Could be your body still recovering and mending itself from your fall !!!! You've been pretty busy lately, so your body may be telling you something. Just listen and mend ---then get back to things when you are able. ;)

I'm with you, Jackie - We had awful weather yesterday and it will be just as bad today - 40s and raining enough to cause minor flooding. I'm planning to take a long hot bath.

Jackie, it’s okay. You deserve time off and good old fashioned R&R. Take a mental health day, pamper yourself. Drink coffee or tea, have a hot bath, take a nap. Take care of yourself.
