I made a MIM yesterday (muffin in a mug). The first one on this journey. Oh boy I am being cleaned out today. I was not constipated or anything, I take my magnesium and vit C and eat veggies everyday, but I really feel like my insides were rinsed out. It is a good feeling actually¨
For those who wonder MIM is make out of flax seeds. Melt butter in a cup. I use liberal amounts but you only need a bit. Mix in an egg. Add quarter cut of ground up flax, a bit of baking powder (I use half teaspoon), 1 tsp cinnamon, sweetener (which I skip) and put in the microwave for one minute or so.
