Started my core challenges. I am very weak. LOL. Joined the pushup challenge and managed to to 8 knee pushups. Aiming to get to real pushups before challenge is over. Plank challenge will be starting today. Going to work that one

Exercise is good. What are knee pushups. I'm just a lump that hardy gets exercise. Like your motavation. I need to get moving also

Knee pushups are when you are on your knees instead of on you straight legs. I can do zero on my straight legs so I cannot improve. Have to do the knee ones till I get better
