Knees feel good today even after my little run-walk thing yesterday. That is good. I am ready to work up the length of running (or strictly speaking jogging/shuffling). Not quite as good with the two exercise challenges I entered. I have been working with the pushups but not improving. Still at 8 modified (on my knees) ones per set. I have been working on the plank but my abs got so sore that I had to rest several days. Back to those again.
