Directions

  1. Râper les légumes et les faire passer à la poêle sans matières grasses avec le sel , le poivre et les herbes de provence.
  2. Mélanger l'oeuf avec la crème fraiche et avec les légumes.
  3. Mettre dans un plat à muffin.
  4. Passer au four 30min a 175°C.
