Pecan Granola

Tasty, make-ahead snack.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Mix maple syrup, melted coconut oil, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and stir to coat.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly in a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Cook in a preheated oven at 350°F for 10 minutes, stir, and return for 10 more minutes.
