Whole Sea Bass with Vegetables

A quick, filling and healthy meal.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 200 °C.
  2. Wash the fish and lay on a sheet of foil.
  3. Stuff the fish with the ingredients laying the remaining on top.
  4. Drizzle with olive oil and fold the foil over to seal.
  5. Bake in oven for 30 minutes.
  6. Note: Fish can also be stuffed with lemon and lime.
