Directions
- Preheat oven to 200 °C.
- Wash the fish and lay on a sheet of foil.
- Stuff the fish with the ingredients laying the remaining on top.
- Drizzle with olive oil and fold the foil over to seal.
- Bake in oven for 30 minutes.
- Note: Fish can also be stuffed with lemon and lime.
