Keto Dinner Rolls

Low carb dinner rolls.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 °F (205 °C) and line baking sheet with parchment, set aside.
  2. In a medium bowl, melt cream cheese and mozzarella together (microwave 1 minute). Stir cheeses together until smooth, add egg and stir until combined.
  3. In separate bowl combine almond flour, ground flaxseed and baking soda.
  4. Mix cheese and egg mixture into dry ingredients and stir until dough forms a soft ball (it will be sticky).
  5. Using wet hands, gently roll dough into 6 balls. Roll tops in sesame seeds if desired and place onto lined baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown. Let cool for 15 minutes.
