Parmesan Crusted Tilapia
An appetizing tilapia dish that's easy to prepare and enjoy.
Ingredients
Directions
- Preheat oven 450 °F (230 °C).
- Rinse and pat fish dry (paper towel). Sprinkle with seasoning of choice.
- Bake in oven for approximately 5 minutes. In the meantime, mix lime juice with olive oil.
- Drizzle the lime/oil mixture over fish and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Put under broiler for 2 minutes or until top of fish starts to brown.
- Serve immediately.

This was one of the best fish recipes that I have ever made!! Both my husband and I loved the taste and will definitely make it again!!!

Tried this tonight and it was fabulous. I forgot to by a lime and had to sub. with a lemon, but I made it and even my Sister ate two servings and she does not like Tilapia.

I made this tonight and loved it. However, I didn't have lime so I used lemon. It was great.

This was excellent! Be careful how much lime juice you put on, because it can easily soak in and get too sour tasting, but otherwise very yummy!

Absolutely a fantastic dish! I couldn't believe how easy it was to make. First time trying it was at a friend's house after he saw the recipe here. I'll definitely be having this one again, and I don't even like fish!

This was very good and pretty easy to make. I like to add a little more fresh herb and lemon to give the fish a little more kick, but other than that... yummy!
