Up way too early. 4:30 am so I can run. have Pilates class tonight as well. loving the weight loss, but oh my goodness I feel so tired and achy all the time. on the other hand, sleep problems gone and clothes fit great.

like they say, you gotta be willing to do what it takes to reach your goals. today that means putting down the phone and getting myself outside to run at 5:00 am.
