Yesterday was my first day back in the groove 100% with eating and exercising after vacation and the scale goes up! Go figure! Oh well...onward and hopefully downward tomorrow 🙂 have a great day my friends!
62.1 kg Lost so far: 9.3 kg.    Still to go: 5.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thanks guys! I did a 25 min exercise dvd (lunges, squats, strength/cardio mix) then worked in the yard weeding and moving dirt for 2 hours... exhausting! Haha this remaining fat has to yield at some point cause I’m not yielding!;) Yes maxie! at least I’m not where I was in January😁 xoxo

I do love that feeling just wish I got it more often 😉 when I feel motivated I have to act because it’s rare! The weeds are getting out of control! I only finished 2 flower beds in 2 hours🤦🏼‍♀️ I have at least 4-6 more hours to complete the whole yard. Hope I feel motivated today and tomorrow before the rain hits Thursday and SNOW Friday! Ugh...will summer ever arrive?! Hugs maxie!!

@Momma6224, Make sure the scale isn't sitting on a pebble from your hiking shoes...Uneven scales affect the weight readout you know ! (haha)....just messin' ---glad to hear you back at it.....look forward to seeing what else you throw our way ! God Bless....
