44..feels like 41..gooood wednesday morning..an still raining..but suppose to quit about 8am..and clear off till 9pm an then it starts raining again...

weight is up barely...an its ok..body is adjusting im sure..all that ive lost this week...not even gonna lose no sleep over it...happy seeing all the loss for a change...gives me more motivation to keep striving on..

took today off from zwift..body was tired when alarm on phone woke me up..didnt sleep good last night..kept waking up..one of them nights..slept great when i was sleeping..but when id wake up..then would take some time to get back into that deeper sleep...

not sure what today holds yet..as always on my rest day i want to ride..and at same time i now my body needs a day to rest..always a struggle to take the day off..

well gonna catch up on a few things...then breakfast time an then salad time..get back into my 23 hour fasting..get eating over with an keep up an moving as much as possible..im almost doing omad..one meal a day..but just enjoy a 30-40 min lead way before the salad time..then after that its so easy to go rest of day with only water or tea..well i do a protein shake about 3pm..but dont really look at that as a meal..just something i do to give my muslcles the suppliments they need for the next day...

Very funny, Mike! That would be me - lol! Except I gave my exercise bike away. Too painful for my joints. Will get back to my walking group as soon as our spell of rain stops. We're supposed to be having some dry weather from April 5th 🙂
