I am so pissed... and yet.. I did it to myself... I've tried to watch my food this week. Stayed away from bread... no pasta... and I gained a pound. great you... it's just a pound... could be water weight. Maybe. ugh. here's to another week at the grind.
142.0 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 60.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.5 kg a Week

There will always be ups and downs on the scale. Diligence and Patience wins out. Just stay under a deficit whenever you can. Also, keep in mind for every carb you eat, water sticks to it. That is where "water weight" will show up on the scale. No worries.
