So, this is I think the fourth journal entry in a row where I've said that this has been a hard winter for me in terms of managing my workload and my health. Since Jan. 1st at least one member of my household has been sick! At this point I'm just hoping to make it through until spring time. I think that next winter I'm going to move us all to Hawaii. ;)
Am doing ok on food, and am getting a little exercise through my daily walking commutes to work and some occasional rock climbing in the new wall my husband built in our garage. (It's very cool and I think my 5 year old daughter is the best climber in the world). :) I know I'd benefit from more exercise to tone up and stay healthy, it's just been a hard winter. I weigh myself daily still, just to keep in touch with how my body is doing. I've had fluctuations of a pound or two on either side of my weigh-in posted here, but seem to be holding steady.
I hope to read and comment on my buddies' posts, I know I am long overdue!
