Weight gain was surprising, but not bewildering. I ate no junk except for slip-chicken dumplings, only because that was all I had at my disposal. I'm up 1.2 lbs, time to amp it up. Likewise my morning workout was nothing special. I only achieved one personal best gain. That was in bench press. Keep at it, and remember "Nothing taste as good as thin feels."
72.1 kg Lost so far: 1.1 kg.    Still to go: 1.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.5 kg a Week
