Okay this is getting crazy... can't gain a pound of muscle a day... now water weight I could see.. go down scale!!!
173.4 kg Lost so far: 33.9 kg.    Still to go: 14.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

ROTFLMBO... Lunar.. So since the full moon creates higher tides it also creates water weight gain and makes the scale go up... I accept this as a logical idea... Lol

Might also consider your sodium intake as a viable cause for water weight gain.
