Wow. 4 and a half pounds down this week. I started the intermediate fasting three days ago and it really helped. Not really wanting to lose this fast but next week may even it out.
106.9 kg Lost so far: 7.0 kg.    Still to go: 25.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
