Finally dropped below 143....hope it doesn’t bounce back tomorrow. I cut my total carbs to less than 20 and upped my fats.
64.6 kg Lost so far: 6.9 kg.    Still to go: 7.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
