I don't understand how I am only one pound more than my last weigh in. I feel huge. I am finally back to eating low-carb and slowly incorporating treadmill. I will stick with it this time.Big moment for me. Just walked a mile/ 1/2 hr. on my treadmill!!! I know it ain't much for some of you but for my fat butt sitting on the couch and eating crap for 2 year after I reached my goal it is a MAJOR accomplishment! GO ME!!!!
80.7 kg Lost so far: 8.6 kg.    Still to go: 24.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

1/2 hour on the treadmill is good. I started out at 10 minutes and added a minute a day. Now I'm sick of the treadmill and prefer to walk outside. You sound motivated!

your correct ...it does take time... a little each day is what you should do to get stronger...you will be very successful because you do have a wonderful attitude towards yourself...Go you..Go Rockytu;)
