HCB: I was surprised at this number on my scale this morning. I don't know if I trust my scale at all, but I attribute this weight to finally having the time to go to the gym last night, exercise really does help. I'm glad I did because when I got there I was bouncing around like I was on speed. Hoping no one spiked my arugula 😕
