It has been a good week. I have not logged my food in but I feel good about what I have been eating. meat and salads are my friends and carbs are my enemy. Sometimes the enemy gets the upper hand, but I will win. Yesterday it rained so hard I was unable to log my foods because the site wouldn't come up. The satellite wasn't getting a good signal due to clouds and heavy rain. Now the rain is over but we have 32 degrees and ice.
