Didn't eat breakfast yesterday, rode the motorcycle 7:15am, 26 miles when 27F outside to get CBC etc. blood work, fasting for cholesterol numbers. Haven't had cholesterol & blood work done for several years.
I did see two other motorcyclists riding.
A few weeks ago it was in the high 70's.
69.2 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 1.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
