3.2 miles walked today...doggies only .7 miles due to the heat and sun. It's time to bring out the UGH Index....a 9 with the dogs and an 8 for the rest due to the fact I got a bit of relief from some cloud cover and the temp also "cooled" from 91 to 89...Sheesh!! The pool felt great after I got back!

Lots of household stuff on my agenda for today.

67.1 kg Lost so far: 39.5 kg.    Still to go: 1.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Sorry you are back to UGH walking conditions. I'm sure glad you've got that pool! Thanks for the response on my journal. Next weekend they are having a memorial service for DH's Father and afterwards his family will be eating at the VFW. Under those circumstances there is only so much one can do.

Yup, something tells me that the VFW hasn't gone low-carb yet. But, at least you have a week to decide how you're going to approach that day. I'm sorry for the loss of your FIL...having a memorial service is a wonderful tribute to him.

Awwww the UGH factor sucks..but ooooh la la the pool sounds lovely..your doing splendid in the weight loss department..Awesome.. Cleaning house is a great way to get in some exercise..if you do it like me..I walk back and forth and on my knees when capturing those dust bunnies under the beds..Why do they like to linger there I have no idea..Enjoy your Friday...:O)

Another pound down...WoooHoooo & WOW, (just imagine that in really HUGE letters). The sticky stuff is heading my way for the weekend, Hot & Humid. So glad you have the pool to take some refuge in.
