Happy about the loss but I'm really cheating. I've basically been on a soup diet for 2-3 days since being diagnosed with the flu. Mom's chicken soup made with chicken, cabbage and mixed vegetables (potatoes, green beans, corn, peas, carrots). I have also eaten club crackers and granola bars. Hope it stays off after I go back to my regular low calorie WOE!
