Been maintaining since I had the flu in February. Thank God I haven't gained because I really haven't been motivated. I've actually been so stressed with changes at my job that I've been struggling a bit with my eating. So, back to it this week. Kicking it off with a 20 carb per/day plan this week. Started Sunday....so far so good.
