I am happy with my weight loss this week. I have eaten some things I wouldn't normally have but have been doing more yardwork in exchange. Every pound lost is great to me.
86.3 kg Lost so far: 13.1 kg.    Still to go: 9.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
