I haven’t cheated at all but scale has gone up last 2 days by a little. Overall loss for the week if 2.4lbs so I can’t complain. For my psychological sanity I hope the scale drops again soon🙂
66.7 kg Lost so far: 4.8 kg.    Still to go: 10.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I notice fluctuations and small gains throughout the month, either water weight or hormonal changes for me... so keep on going, you'll drop soon!!!

I'm with you as well. I am starting my 16:8 IF again today along with the keto. I seemed to really lose a lot more when doing this. It worked for well for me. Just keep on keepin on and you will get there!

Ahhhh just something you ate that your sensitive to... sodium perhaps... heck I eat ham and mine will jump up 2 lbs ...drink water its way back down...measuring tape sweetheart and keep your sanity my measurements don't go up ...stupid scale does though...your doing a great job anyway..:)
