Feeling pretty good about being solid at 163'ish. I bounce around so much I don't trust it right away.
Good day. I use a lot of butter and cream in order to get enough fat. I need veggie's to keep myself happy. Staying right in there with my macros. Keeping the protein moderate while getting enough fat is not easy for me. But I am in the process of running a spread sheet to see how certain foods affect my weight and how I feel.
