Today's gastrointestinal distress may be the result of yesterday's festivities. I shall live! While I am up a pound from last week, it did not phase me. Instead I am ecstatic about this week's blood pressure reading! Just as I started this, my bp was typically about 178/120. It has been dropping from the "You are going to die!" level into the "You might survive this?" range for months. Today, it was a whopping 119/76 which is considered normal! I have not seen these numbers for decades! Oh man, something is going right!
I forgot to take my bg and ketones this morning, but will try to remember for tomorrow.
