Diea's Journal, 05 Feb 18

I was expecting to have gone up this month because my fitness calendar has a lot of red days, which are days that I didn't work out. I also feel like I have been experiencing some stress, for a number of reasons. My clinic is pretty far and every time I go out there, I feel like I waste an hour just getting there and coming back; I have to go today. My partner is moving in this month and I am about to do the Marie Kondo method to make some room; I'm starting this today. I have like 5 job applications that I want to turn in ASAP. And, I have a second interview next Monday about data analytics and feel like there is a lot I want to review before that interview; I'm trying to start this tomorrow.

Given all of this, I really thought that I had gained weight! I must say that I am pleasantly surprised to see weight loss. I LOST ONE POUND!!! I am back in the 150s and hope I stay away from the 160s now for good.

It seems I also have good news with my body fat estimate. I lost 2 pounds of fat mass and gained one pound of lean mass this month, bringing my body fat down from 39% to 38%. I haven't seen 38% since 2016! (I track this with an excel spreadsheet and can thankfully look back like this.)

So to my monthly numbers....

Nice!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

And here too is my monthly fitness calendar. I'm still trying to work out 6 times a week. I might recalibrate this to 4 times a week to align with all I have to do. And it's okay. <3
72.1 kg Lost so far: 30.8 kg.    Still to go: 14.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
