Feeling pretty good today... A little disappointed at how slow going this process has been. Seeing a little weight loss so hoping that my body is finally accepting this change and I am going to see a lot more change in the near future!!
116.6 kg Lost so far: 2.6 kg.    Still to go: 32.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
