I weighed myself two weeks ago and then again today...I lost 2.4 lbs. I just wanted to see if I could lose weight without going on some crazy diet that I can never stick to.
Well, if I can lose weight like this, just watching what I, my portions and my choices, then I think I might be able to do this. At least I'm going to give it a shot!!
