wasn't going to record my weight today, but decided, "oh what the heck, might as well" I think I need to get a new scale, mine is a little wacky sometimes. At first it showed 164 and I thought ohhhhh that can't be right! so went on again and it shows the 173.something so decided to record it. Does anyone out there have a really good, accurate scale they can recommend? We have one of those shop scales at work that use actually weight blocks, but I don't want to weigh on it when I'm at work. I like to weight 1st thing in the morning before getting dressed and I don't think that would go over very well in the shop, lol!

Welllll, today is day 3 of the 4 day. And let me tell ya, I almost gave up last night, like I said day 2 dinner is not my fav and I cooked the dinner for today last night so I don't have to eat too late, which in a way helped me keep to my woe, but also it was smelling & looking so good I was tempted to dig in last night! But now I have it to look forward to this evening.
