Check the sodium in some of your dishes - that could be holding water

Yep HCB is correct... if I eat ham I can get on the scale and up 3lbs then dring plenty of water and down I go so check sodium especially if you react to it like me;)

Does anyone feel like they retain water when they certain veggies. I feel like Cauliflower does that to me.

Almost all vegetables have water stored in them. So you’re getting some amount of water content from them, more so if from frozen
