What a day to start! The group met for pot-luck and someone brought lasagna! I only had one small piece and some salad and had to sample the apple crisp for dessert!
63.3 kg Lost so far: 0.2 kg.    Still to go: 6.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
