Ok, think I'm back on track now....hopefully. I've been wanting to munch constantly lately. and what's sad is I haven't even enjoyed everything I've eaten. Good news is that I didn't go too crazy. I guess I've just been maintaining for the last 2-3 weeks. This morning an itsy bitsy 0.2 loss so I will take it. Still have 60 pounds to goal.

It seems almost impossible to me right now which is crazy because I've lost 50! Just not in the right frame of mind I guess. Gotta get it back together.

Wow, in this moment I just realized what part of the problem is; STRESS! My job duties are increasing and I'm going to be doing multiple things in multiple locations. I guess I'm trying to get my head wrapped around it and develop a plan. While doing that, my drug of choice for managing stress has always been food so perhaps my body is trying to revert back to what is familiar.

Ok, let's get back to it Kimberly. You've come too far to quit now.
