....just being positive....been on holiday for a week, so i have indulged a little, but we walked/hiked for miles every day...my clothes feel loose like they did b4...so i estimate that i haven't lost or gained anything...regular weigh in on saturday :)
69 kg Lost so far: 4.5 kg.    Still to go: 7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
