stopped taking Vitamin supplement because think maybe I am developing some overloads...calcium, Vit A..stuff that is fat soluble..also quit the Canada reds..
54.1 kg Lost so far: 1.7 kg.    Still to go: 1.9 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
