I doubled last weeks loss, lol. In all seriousness down is down and since i didn't get as much exercise in the last part of the week due to my run in with a black lab, I will gladly take that loss and move forward. Here's to another week of losing, no matter how small.
82.2 kg Lost so far: 17.1 kg.    Still to go: 5.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
