Skipped birthday..too much eating junk..so restarting..any help or guidance appreciated in cutting carbs and so on. Thanks. Anything I can read about how to cut carbs and sugars. I am trying to fast for today at least. Really sick of this yo yo weight gain. Like some others on here I have been reading take meds for conditions. I know that does not help me with my weight, but I had lost a good deal and now put it all back on. Any specific place where I can see the foods I should be eating would help thanks. Got some good exercise in about a 45 minute walk uphill some of the way too.
It felt so good to get out of this apartment.
I hope my vigor will continue...it wanes a lot.
I also went shop and got some good greens in the produce section along with full fat dressing as ClarityAnn suggested and also got $5 off yay.
Also got two free yogurts, yes some carbs, but hey they were so good.
