Out of ketosis, but I lost 1.4 lbs of fat. I'm taking the good with the bad. Next week is a new week and I wish everyone well this week.

75.9 kg Lost so far: 10.5 kg. Still to go: 5.6 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thank you all. I am going to be on a strict diet this week so I may be a little irritable. I will be looking to my FS family for support and encouragement. Now I must go waych The Great British Baking Show.
