So, here it is. The Christmas gain! Back home now and off to a great start today. 2 mile walk, 5 minutes of crunches and 10 minutes of aerobic dance ( 2 Dance Fitness with Jessica songs). A granola bar coffee and water for breakfast. My body seems to be craving a day of healthy, light eating. Honestly, nothing I ate thw last few days tasted so good that it makes feeling like this worth it. A splurge here and there or a weekend treat isn't the same as several days of eating heavy, rich foods. It's like my body responds negatively to it. (bloating, constipation, etc) But, because food is still my drug, I kept eating those foods even though the "high" was not pleasurable. Pretty sad😕

Ok, pity party over. Today is going to be a great day! Onward and back to downward!
