Thank you for your support & ideas. I'm at my heaviest ever. I don't think my eating habits have changed that much, but I am certainly not mobile. I have 3 herniated discs in my spine & they are compressing on the nerves so much, that I have fractures in my vertebra & at the bottom of my spine. I get spinal injections a couple of times a year, but the effects only last for a couple of weeks.
It is so depressing, but I do like to eat all the wrong things. If it's not chocolate it's bread or buns. I love a sandwich, more than a meal. Oh well.............

Merry Christmas! Start with a realistic goal. I like to use this calculator https://www.supertracker.usda.gov/bwp/index.html If I where you I would make my goal to lose 50 pounds by next Christmas. That would give you approximately 1600 calories a day to eat. Use the app and log all your food , if you stay under 1600 you will lose weight regardless what you eat. Good luck , Sean

Hi Hon! You said it all in this journal entry. You owned up to the bread and chocolate. My weakness as well. You know what you need to do by the sounds of it. Seeno73 likes the calculator. I use Google Fit. do what you can physically handle right now. Try hand weights in bed. Or arm rolls. Leg lifts if comfortable laying or sitting. I wish you all the determination in the world!
