Downward trend. I'm way under in calories but that's because so much of my old eating was crap and take that out and not all that many calories are left. hahaha Need to plan better for more and better food.

I really appreciate reading your posts and am gonna check out "keto" on FB. I'm guessing it means very low carbs which puts you into ketosis.

Also, 8/16 eating is the way my body likes it - that's if I stop eating after dinner. I've always said if I'd go to bed at 7 pm I'd have no weight problem.

Here's looking for a good, balanced day tomorrow..
76.9 kg Lost so far: 0.7 kg.    Still to go: 8.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Keto is short for ketosis! LOL Low Carb, Moderate Protein, High Fat (Though a some of this will be supplied by your body!) A good book on the subject is by Dr. Jason Fung called “The Obesity Code. “ Last I looked there was even an audio version on YouTube. Explains a bit about fasting as well.
