Accountability post day 7. This is day 2 of my opened-soft dry fast.
I'm doing these soft dry fasts for healing my health issues and my loose skin that's hanging around all the time.

68.5 kg Lost so far: 29.0 kg. Still to go: 16.4 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
